CLIsyntec Sump Cleaner & Sanitizer is a concentrated, liquid cleaning compound designed for sanitizing individual machines, tanks and centralized coolant systems. It contains biocides and fungicides to fully breakdown biomass material and address microorganisms that generate offensive odors. This cleaner is thoroughly soluble in synthetic, semi-synthetic, and water soluble oils. This cleaner will dissolve hard water soaps and other insoluble residues which accumulate where soap type coolants are circulated. It also provides rust protection for the machine or system during the cleaning cycle and until a new charge of coolant is deposited into the system. The old method of draining coolant from a machine or system and then flushing with water does not result in a clean system. The accumulated film or coating of insoluble soaps and dirt in inaccessible areas of the machine must be removed. CLIsyntec Sump Cleaner & Sanitizer removes soap build-up chemically and effectively in one step. Annual use of this cleaner extends coolant effectiveness and inhibits build-up from accumulating and causing odors. DIRECTIONS: Add CLIsyntec Sump Cleaner & Sanitizer at a 20:1 ratio to coolant reservoir. Let the solution circulate in the system for 24-48 hours with or without production in process. It may be left in the system overnight. Drain the solution and remove sludge from sump. Then, add rinse water to sump while spraying down tanks walls and accessible machine surfaces. Turn on coolant pump(s) to purge coolant lines during rinse stage. Drain, and Refill with fresh coolant / water mixture. WARNING: Skin and eye protection is recommended.
