This is a piano mold.
I purchased it a while ago, and used it once in 2013. It has been stored on a shelf since then. There are scratches and markings. There is one scratch on the piano body, but it should be fine if polished. Please see image 14.
I am selling it because I will not be making any more.
How about placing it next to a doll or as a room decoration? I think it would be lovely even if you painted it.
